Hello World – The Present Journey Has Begun

Over four years ago, I started something wild: The Mindfulness Bus. The idea was to hit the road, well, Europe, with a rolling practice, bringing mindfulness and breathwork to places beyond the usual yoga studio or wellness center. Just me, my bus, and a big heart full of intention.

But life had other plans.

Turns out, people want to come back after a breathwork session (which makes total sense). And I, I just don’t want to be tied to one place. I want the freedom to move, to live on the road, to follow the seasons and my intuition. And that freedom doesn’t exactly fit with offering in-person 8-week mindfulness trainings.

But you know what? That’s okay. Actually, it’s more than okay.

Because in the past few years, I’ve learned so much. About myself. About the people I meet. About what’s actually possible when you live a little differently. And all of that learning has brought me here, to something new, something beautiful:

The Present Journey.

It’s more than just a new name. It’s a new way of being. A new way of sharing. A new way of living.

The Present Journey is exactly what it sounds like, a reminder to be here, now, as we move through this wild ride we call life. But it’s also a movement. A space. A community. An invitation for anyone, anywhere, to join in and spread mindfulness in their own way.

Because let’s be real, this world could use it.

We’re all feeling the pressure of the rat race. The “shoulds.” The expectations. The burnout. The disconnection. So many of us want out, but we don’t know how.

That’s where The Present Journey comes in.

It’s an open-ended journey. No start date, no finish line. Just a shared space where we show up as we are. Where we hold each other up. Where we breathe, reflect, and reconnect, together. And most importantly: it’s for everyone. Always.

From what I’ve seen and felt on the road, mindfulness isn’t always accessible. Not financially, not physically, not emotionally. So I’ve decided to change that. All the basic tools for living a mindful life? I’m making them available for free. No strings, no catch.

A few times a year, I’ll be offering a full 8-week mindfulness training online, completely free, for anyone who signs up through The Present Journey.

And no, this isn’t the end of The Mindfulness Bus.

Far from it.

The bus is my Present Journey. It’s how I move through the world. It’s where I meet people, have conversations that matter, share moments that shift something inside. Every road, every stop, every face I meet reminds me to live right here, right now.

And I want to share that with you.

So if you feel like talking, if you’re longing for more freedom in your life, if you’re curious about how I live this way, or if you just want to connect, reach out. You can find me through The Present Journey, or just look for the yellow bus. If it’s parked nearby, come say hi.

The wheels are still turning. The heart is still open. And this journey? It’s just getting started.

With love,
Danny,
